Bonnie has been in the database and analytic marketing arena since 1985. She has designed, built and managed databases or helped pick out the right database solution and provided customer–centric analysis for noteworthy clients such as Budget Rent a Car, Midas International, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Johnson Wax and La-Z-Boy Furniture.

Bonnie is known for being a good listener and for working hands-on with her clients. Her ability to establish rapport, both one-on-one and with large groups, has its roots in her passion for the theatre. Bonnie founded and operated a nonprofit performing arts company in her hometown of Cookeville, Tennessee and taught public speaking to barely tolerant freshman at Tennessee Technological University. Bonnie has a BA degree from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN. She is a Market Motive Certified Practitioner in Web Analytics, Conversion Optimization and Social Media. She has achieved a Google Analytics Individual Qualification. Bonnie also serves as Executive Director of American Marketing Association Chicago.
